Business Analyst (Marketing Atrribution):   Summary:  An exciting opportunity to work for one of the industry's leading marketing attribution providers according to Forrester Research. The Business Analyst (BA) has the responsibility of analyzing the business needs of the clients.   Responsibilities :   - Analyses and documents the requirements - Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs and develops the BRDs based on the organization standards   - Identifies Solution - The BA works closely with the Solution Architecture team and the Product Engineering team to make a recommendation for a solution   - Verifies that the Solution meets the Requirements - The BA reviews the technical designs proposed by the design team for usability issues and assures that the requirements are being satisfied.   - BA assists with User Acceptance testing, the time when the Business Area Experts are asked to approve the software for implementation   Qualifications:   - MBA in Systems/Marketing with B Tech Computer Science (Preferred)   - 3-5 years experience in analytical and problem solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
