Business Analyst for a funded Logistics technology startup  - This unique Logistics and supply chain technology start up pioneers in mobile and web supply chain technology for rural emerging markets - across agriculture, healthcare, consumer goods, waste management and humanitarian action.  - Customers include retailers, distributors, transporters, wholesalers and producers seeking deeper integration of the first- and last-mile of their value chains. From Asia to Africa, they apply the technology to improve supply chain performance, create greater transparency, decrease operating costs and provide clients with a competitive advantage.  - Based in Bangalore and reporting to the Director of Operations, the Business Analyst will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure they get the maximum value out the suite of products offered. The Business Analyst must be analytical-minded, collaborative, resourceful and socially motivated to deploy novel technologies in difficult settings.  - Helping to derive client insights and drive process transformation, this role presents a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in rural healthcare, agriculture, disaster response and beyond.  - Target salary range is highly competitive (10 - 18L CTC) and will be based on based on previous experience, subject to customary increases on joining.   Detailed Responsibilities :   Data Analytics : Qualitative and Quantitative analysis of transactional data to draw key business insights. This would also involve overseeing data appropriateness, quality, accuracy and evolving metrics over time  - Build Operational Processes including report templates and documentation to translate transactional data into action   Client Management : Ability to understand client requirements and translate it into actionable business plans and train all relevant internal and external stakeholders accordingly   Cross Functional Team coordination : Coordinate effectively between business development, operations and translate requirements to engineering teams and vice versa  Does this sound like you :  - 3+ Years- experience of relevant work experience. Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is a huge plus  Strategic and analytical : an ability to see and connect things at a high level, quickly frame analytics and draw insights to make data-driven decisions  Eye for detail and operational efficiency : relentlessly detail orientated, obsessed with tracking and measuring, able to connect threads and dependencies in complex products  Ownership and project management : managed large and complex projects with multiple moving pieces, functions, and individuals involved. Proven ability to plan at a high level, and execute on the ground.  A fantastic communicator : superlative written, oral, and presentation skills. Able to communicate complex ideas simply.   - Experience with data management & analytics tools (e.g. ERP, CRM, SPSS) are a plus  A team player : able to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
