Key Responsibilities :   - Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data and contacts  - Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations  - Documenting as is and to be processes, recommending improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans  - Creating KPI/Dashboard according to management requirements  - Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management  - Supporting teams using our internal JIRA based EFP tool (Engineering Functional Process) and providing 2nd/3rd level support for highly complex EFP questions/bugs  - Enhancing EFP Process Tool in partnership with internal users, customers and vendor  - Supporting EU Engineering and services provider to acquire broad process and system understanding  - Preparing and managing training materials for end users  Candidate Specifications :   - Technical and/or process education  - Experience in process analysis, documentation and implementation of approved changes  - Experience in close cooperation with business, gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing recommendations of improvements and implementation plans  - Very good written and spoken English  - Ability to develop and monitor clear and realistic action plans to accomplish given objectives using given resources  - Ability to identify and analyze problems and generate options and solutions which are logic  - Very good knowledge of JIRA/EFP tools  - Experience in working in a globally distributed team and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment  - Ability to challenge the status quo and to generate new ideas and creative approaches which move our organization forward  - Strong time management skills and focus on priorities in own and other works  - Active approach and very good customer service and stakeholders management skills  Suitable candidates may contact :  Tushar Uppal, Practice Lead - ITES Antal International Call : +91 22 40634930
