Job Description
- The KYC team's objective is to provide Global Banking and Markets as well as top tier CMB clients with a consistent, and best in class KYC due diligence service ensuring local and global regulatory requirements are met.
- KYC Services is a lead Design Partner in a strategic initiative to source KYC profiles from a newly-created industry Utility - The Markit|Genpact kyc.com utility
- The KYCS Market Initiatives team has oversight for all market initiatives impacting the KYC space, crossing over with Tax and AML
- The Business Analyst role within the Market Initiatives team will provide support to the development of KYC utilities, specifically the Markit|Genpact KYC utility and Swift
- The job holders main responsibilities will focus on modelling the benefits tracking and forecasting for utility initiatives and maintaining this as the service expands in line with KYC Services and Global Standards expansion
To support the markets initiatives manager, based in the UK, with all business analysis tasks in relation to the development of market initiatives. This will include tracking benefits against original business case projections and maintaining a current view of projected benefits.
The Business Analyst is responsible for:
- Supporting KYCS in the role of Business Analyst and Project team member, under the direction of the Market initiatives management team
- Owning the ongoing development and maintenance of the benefits tracking model for the market initiatives
- Working closely with the client adoption team to forecast future volumes and conduct benefit projection
- Building out and maintain business case for any new market initiatives projects
- Mapping changes to the product roadmap against benefit projections and reporting these impacts to management
- Updating workflows and procedures to integrate Utility into day-to-day activities
- Coordinating with Quality Assurance to develop SLAs and performance metrics to measure Utility effectiveness
- Develop Test Plans and Test Scripts to test new business processes
- Coordinate User Acceptance testing with Utility and other Design Partners
- Coordinate with Learning and Development to ensure proper training is developed and provided to all impacted Users
- Coordinate with Change Management team on assessing and planning for technology change required to support integration with the Utility
