Bus Analyst, Investment banking. Accounting-Leverage ratio  We are hiring for top IT company, project based role, you will be working with Tier 1 Investment bank.  Role Description :  Business Analyst is required to work on a regulatory project (CRDIV Leverage Ratio Exposures) :   - The key outputs of the project will be completion of leverage ratio templates and enhanced MI reporting  - The focus will be on local regulatory deliverables  - The BA will work directly with SMEs in Regulatory Reporting, Financial Control, Product Control, Treasury and IT. Engagement with other departments may also be required  - The role is very hands-on and the project has a number of deadlines to meet  Key objectives critical to success :  - Completion of business requirements documents  - Ensure UAT testing resources are adhering to best practices  - Record minutes of meetings and ensure owners are closing out issues and risks arising  - Completion of detailed reconciliations in excel  - Identification of sources of data  - Competent in Word & Excel  Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required :   - Proven track record in business analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements  - Experience working to a project plan and delivering technology solutions  - An understanding of the project life cycle  - Good stakeholder management in order to drive the project forward and ensure milestones are met  - A self-starter who can use their own initiative and drive tasks through to completion  - Ability to work to deadlines   - Good communicator and influencer, able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels from a range of departments, business areas and cultures  - Very strong attention to detail  - An accounting qualification &/or business analysis experience in investment banking is desirable
