Overview of the Role :

- Should have Client facing role for key accounts in healthcare industry

- Should be involved in requirement gathering & analysis with complementary mix of functional knowledge

- Involved in drafting solution presentations, letter of engagements and scope documents

- Should have worked on management information reports for clients

- Involved in End to End Project life cycle and delivery around the solution for health care industry

- As an Analyst, He/She should be functionally responsible for process improvement with technology as an enabler.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Two or Three years of experience in core Business Analysis with Top 10 consulting Firms ( Preferred Big 4 firms)

- Should be ready to work 6 days a week in an entrepreneurial set-up.

- Should be ready for a non-desktop job and deal with various levels of people starting from a junior employee to CEOs.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to dis aggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions.

Education Background :

- Masters Degree from Tier 1 college with aggregate more than 75%.

- Bachelors Degree in Btech from Tier 1 college with aggregate more than 75%.

- Should have scored more than 80% in Matriculation and Higher Secondary.
