Business Analyst - Financial Implementation

Title: Seeking Business Analysts with Financial Implementation Experience

Location: Gurgaon

Skills Required:

1.CA/ACCA/CIMA/Diploma in IFRS/CFA/Other finance qualification/ professional degree. Preferred chartered accountant with diploma in IFRS or ACCA, London.

2.Experience in People Soft Financials Business Analysis role or in reporting profile.

3. Experience in data analysis, problem solving, documentation including process maps and working towards tight deadlines.

Job Description:

Responsible for the intellectual ownership of reference data including mappings in the FTP platform

- In-depth understanding of process/systems flow of maintenance of rules and reference data that facilitates various reporting streams

- Understand statutory and regulatory requirements for data purposes and systems

- Understand changes in accounting policy and accounting flow and analyse the impacts from system perspective

- Responsible for approving reference data change requests applying group views and impact under global FTP platform

- Creation and maintenance of mappings and applicable reference data

- Liaise with line finance, operations/business areas, IT during change management

- Responsible for setting up processes for all activities and create procedure documents

- Maintain activity schedules, control charts, focal activities of the week, etc

- Build and maintain good working relationships with user Finance and non-Finance areas, internal teams in the region and locally.
