Position - Business Analyst
Oversee, implements and coordinates all sales operations activities. Collaborates with sales, finance, operations and other departments for day to day activities.
Responsibilities:
- SPOC for all the field sales persons in the head office.Acts as bridge between Sales and all other departments.
- Drives Sales Process Adoption and Compliance
- Maintains sales data for the broader sales team, keeps it upto date. Also analyzes the data to prepare key reports and summaries.
- Owns sales tools, e.g. CRM
- Tracks sales targets achievement for every sales person and report maintaining.
- Hands on Excel
- Validates data submitted by Sales persons for new account signups and passes them further down for post-sales activities.
- Work closely with different departments and coordinates activities, e.g.
1. With finance and accounts team for post-sales activities and incentives payout
2. With operations team for general collaboration
3. Customer Success & Renewals team
- Monitor inbound leads and allocate them to sales
Skills and Experience
- 1-4 years of experience in operations
- MBA required (preferably with engineering in Bachelors)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, other Office tools
- Demonstrated high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Sound business judgment
- Strong execution skills and drive
- Strong analytical skills
- Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves, ability to unblock things
- Strong verbal, written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate.
