This role would be part of Customer Service team where in this team's major objective is to provide extensive support to the defect reductions and product development teams within customer service.  Key responsibilities include  - Understand the various business operations across the organization and delivering actionable insights based on data analysis  - Partner with stakeholders at multiple levels to define and deliver solutions.  - Design and develop highly available dashboards and metrics using Excel, R, SASetc.  - Execute analytical projects and understanding of analytical methods (like Regression, forecasting and other statistical techniques)  - Provide end-to-end project lifecycle execution (project planning, execution and risk assessment)  - Drive a Zero Defect culture by managing controllable root-cause defects and ensure implementation of controls that minimize losses.  Basic Qualifications :   - Bachelor- s/ Post Graduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance or related field.  - At least 5 years of experience working in Analytics / Business Intelligence environment  - Advanced working knowledge of Excel  - Experience in working with databases and SQL in a business environment  - Prior experience in design and execution of analytical projects  - Requires a high level of judgment to make appropriate decisions for diverse and undefined issues.  - The ideal candidate will possess a balanced mix of quantitative, consultative, and facilitative/leadership skills.  - Demonstrated Leadership and Project Management experience  - Change agent with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization  - Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills  - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and work under tight deadlines  Preferred Qualifications :  - Experience in e-commerce / on-line companies   - Experience in working with databases and data mining techniques in a business environment  - Understanding of data warehousing & modeling concepts  - Demonstrated use of analytical packages such as SAS, R and Minitab
