We are hiring for one of the leading Health Insurance Companies in India for the position of Business Analyst - CRM.  The main responsibility of the role will be to represent Business functions within IT.  Responsibilities would include amongst others:  1. Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders.  2. Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.  3. Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.  4. Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.  5. Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.  6. Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.  7. Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.  8. Defining the testing scope, creating test cases and execution of test cases  9. Support implementation of application.  10. Support for applications of specific Business verticals  Eligibility - candidates preferably from Insurance industry  Salary offered: 6 - 10 LPA  Location - Goregaon, Mumbai.
