Candidate should have worked for minimum of 5 years in Retail / CPG consulting space through one of the consulting organizations.  Responsibilities:  - Ability to do domain consulting/ advisory services (Business Process Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, CRPs, Transformation Roadmaps etc.) to Retail and CPG customers  - Develop domain led propositions on topics of prime concern for company's global Retail & CPG clientele  - Ability to position and take the Retail & CPG consulting offerings in global markets  Must Haves:  - Should have been part of the defining the strategy for Business Transformational programs for Retail / CPG organizations  - Should have experience in consulting in Retail / CPG business process improvement/ Re Engineering  - Deep knowledge of the Retail & CPG end to end business value chain  - In Depth knowledge of Retail & CPG Business Processes and its dependencies  - Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic  - Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up  Location: Chennai & Noida  Charanpreet
