We are looking Candidates from Premier Institutes for following role and responsibilities :  Educational & Experience :  - BE/BTech from premier institute (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.) with 2-3 years of experience in Business Modeling & Research.  - MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes with 2-3 years of experience may also apply.  Industry : Pharmaceutical industry experience desired. Non pharma can also apply  Purpose :  - To provide analytics, modeling and research support for the business strategy.  Key Responsibilities :  Business Modeling :  - Gather and analyse the product, business, market (regulatory and competitive), and economic information for forecasting revenues and costs to generate profit and loss statements for future.  - Gather and analyse data from various departments, consolidate and compare to understand the impact of the decisions on price, stability, future trends, risks and economic influences.  - Build models to improve the internal review process of analysing results and variances; identifying trends and generating actionable insights.  Business Decision Models :  - Creating and maintaining other business decision models like production plan, procurement plan, transfer pricing model, etc.  - Work closely with business partners to determine requirements and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure.  Research & Analytics Support :  - Monitor market/industry trends, gather data and facts, and supply inputs to the strategy function with meaningful analysis, while focusing on a range of topics from product strategies to competitor profiles.  - Assist function head in developing tactical and strategic product, services and/ or programs to support the business unit's goals (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, etc.).  - Analyse the business unit's activities and trends and compares analysis against the service standards and best practices.
