Location : Bengaluru  Reporting to : Development Manager - IT - Back Office   Technical and Domain Skills :  - 7+ years of experience   - Experience in Post Trade Processing, Back Office processes, Investment Banking concepts ex.Settlements/Custody/Corporate Actions/Derivatives.   - Prior experience in SQL. Understanding of database concepts and information models critical.   - Deep knowledge developing complex queries across multiple tables.   - Ability to perform in extremely dynamic environment with Agile development approach   - Self-motivated individual with strong Domain & analytical skills   - Collaboration & Business Management skills   - Excellent communication skill both written and oral   Personal Skills :  - Understand the business requirements from the customers   - Identify & Optimization needs of customer which can be developed into solution that can be scaled through development teams   - Define business requirements, design functional solution & collaborate with development team to build solutions   - Develop prototype on customer solutions & evaluate with development team   - Ability to handle multiple projects with a positive attitude   - Ability to remain flexible in response to changing priorities   - Comfortable working on open-ended problems and formulate solution   - Passion for satisfying clients with measurement insights & getting them to take action   Preference :  - Experience in working with .Net/Mainframe development teams   - Knowledge of scripting language & macros
