Technical and Domain Skills:  7 - 10 years of experience   Strong exposure to Agile process, played product owner role  Strong domain knowledge in Banking and Cards in particular   Latest understanding of technologies and how banking is being impacted.  Strong exposure to Requirement engineering - Solicitation, documentation, stakeholder management, coordination  Exposure to Risk and compliance in Banking industry.  Certification like Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)   Excellent communication skill both written and oral   Personal Skills:  Understand the business requirements from the customers   Define business requirements, design functional solution & collaborate with development team to build solutions   Ability to handle multiple projects with a positive attitude   Ability to remain flexible in response to changing priorities   Preference:  Understanding of Mainframes (Not mandatory)  Working knowledge on requirement tools like Rational, Jeera etc..
