Role-Marketing Analyst

Job Description

- Conduct market & technology analysis and research for ecommerce portal.

- Assessment of market feasibility, opportunity and target markets.

- Undertake market study, sample collection, estimate scope and characteristics of market.

- Identification of market opportunity, business development, marketing, advertising and promotion planning.

- New product development planning and roll out strategy.

- Proposition and campaign development. Drafting and enforcing sales policies and processes.

- Liaising with marketing team on the preparation of promotional material, case studies etc.

- Marketing & Corporate documents, templates and presentation preparation and pitching.

- Business Intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.

- Collection & utilization of marketing information.

- Organizational positioning on market share, expansion, new market development and penetration.

Qualification and Job Specification

- MBA in marketing, advertising, finance.

- Masters or Post graduate in business administration /Finance /Economics /Statistics.

- Strong analytical and quantitative background (degree in mathematics, physics, computer science or engineering preferred)

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of analyzing industry / markets.

- Understanding of finance and business modeling.

- Experience of working in various analytical tools and statistical tools.

- Excellent number crunching.

- Highly motivated, energetic, disciplined, ambitious and results oriented.

- Must be adept in use of Ms Office (Excel/ Power Point).

- Ability to deliver on demanding time.

- Interest in mathematical finance and modeling.

- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and team work.

- Excellent Presentation skills.

- Able to prepare research documents, marketing documents.

- Conduct marketing research in different segments.

- Individual with a commitment & motivation for self development and growth.
