About BTI Payments:  BTI Payments is leading player in India primarily in ATM and POS Business. In India, we are a joint venture between Banktech Group of Australia and ICICI Venture Capital and have recently got the licence from RBI to rollout the White Label ATMs under the Brand India1 ATMs. We have aggressive plans of deploying about 9,000 india1ATMs in the next 3 years with more than 1,000 White Label ATMs in the first year.  Our fundamental purpose is to serve as a unifier of sorts, providing access to basic banking services across cultural, geographic and demographic divides. Primarily working for the rural consumer, india1ATM will strive to provide freedom from the compromises that Indians have to make when it comes to easy, secure, reliable and efficient accessibility to ATMs across the country.  We have 2 urgent openings with us for the position of Region Operations Head as part of Sales & Marketing team.  About the Profile:   Designation: Region Operations Head   Grade: Vice President  Reporting to: Chief Sales & Marketing Officer with a dotted reporting to the COO   Direct Report: Zonal Operations Managers   Locations 1: Lucknow for Uttar Pradesh Region   Location 2: Patna for Bihar & WB Region   Profile Requirement:  - 8 to 15 years professional work experience in Sales & Distribution in FMCG / Telecom /Consumer Durable Industry  - Full-time MBA (or equivalent)   Role Description:  The position is responsible for driving the ATM business in their respective geographies responsible for driving Top line and Bottom line through:  Demand Planning & Site Acquisition:  - Build the appropriate channel infrastructure and create the required site funnel to deliver on the monthly site acquisition plan  - Develop sharp market insight and guide the team to deliver on sites that would meet the revenue targets  - Be mindful of the op-ex budget and deliver the appropriate mix to maximise turnover per rupee spent on opex  - Ensure that the acquired sites clear the company legal requirements and handover the same for deployment of ATM to the project team.  Revenue Management:  - Ensure sharp execution of agreed marketing plans to maximise transaction revenue   - Build a comprehensive understanding of consumer attitude towards the category across multiple geographies, SECs and town class as an input to create hardworking marketing programs  - Be aware and predict the change in consumer attitude towards the category to leverage trends  - Work with the UNR Head to work out impactful programs based on strong consumer understanding   Site Profitability:  - Would be the working closely with the finance team and acquisition head to track the site performance matrices and drive each site to benchmark performance  - Ensure every site deployed reaches break-even in 6 months   - Would work out a plan for enhancing the transaction from low revenue sites. Else, plan for redeployment   - Would be responsible for site performance and be the key owner of low revenue site performance matrix   Competition Tracking:  - Will be responsible for building a comprehensive understanding of competition across all business parameter. Would be the go to person in the organization for understanding the competition landscape.   - Would be responsible for engaging with multiple stakeholder (internal and external) to update information on a periodic basis  Site Hygiene and Quality:  - Would be responsible for monitoring site hygiene, uptime and performance through periodic audits and checks  - Would be responsible for signing off on quality prior to site launch   - Would help in resolution of local issues pertaining to site up-time   Team Building Development:  - Would be responsible for building a high performing team by identifying the right talent and imparting the required category related skills  - Be the responsible for performance management, training, talent review and reward to build sharp business acumen, achievement orientation and a spirit of entrepreneurship within the team  - Being a senior leader of the organization; would be part of various CFTs which would be aimed at process excellence, building the right organizational culture and above all business growth  KRAs:  - Site profitability  - Overall and segment wise revenue  - Site roll-out as per plan   - Site audit scores  - Team engagement
