Primarily working for the rural consumer, india1ATM will strive to provide freedom from the compromises that Indians have to make when it comes to easy, secure, reliable and efficient accessibility to ATMs across the country.   About the Profile:   Designation: Director ATM Operations   Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer   Profile Requirement:   - 15 to 20 years professional work experience in Managed Service Operations in ATM Industry  - Full-time MBA (or equivalent) Desirable   Key Responsibilities :   - Position shall be responsible for Leading White Label and Brown Label ATM Business for BTI Payments,  - Lead rollout and service takeover projects in multi-channel environment.  - Lead customer and vendor contracts and develop new services strategies for ATM operations  - Establish executive dashboards, structured customer interface program and service delivery reports to track health and profitability of each account. Resolve any escalated contractual and commercial issues.  - Responsible for Managing Vendors including ATM OEM's, CRA's, network vendors etc..   - Responsible for Development & Implementation of multivendor service for NCR, Diebold & Wincor machines   - SLA management processes and tools, training mechanism, technical support, spare part management etc.  - Manage RFP's, Tenders, Contract cum commercial negotiations, project management and implementing and managing service operations
