Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employment related activities, including candidate selection, to support business objectives.
- Define job profiles which aligns business objectives
- Source and interviewing candidates
- Provide recommendations on the selection of candidates.
- Manage the on-boarding program.
- Setting up quality standards for Hiring & bringing best practices on board
- Planning & Executing Campus Hiring Strategy
- Data driven processes
- End to end Hiring execution
Require Key Skills:
- Minimum Graduate degree required
- Minimum of at least 4 years in a fast paced high tech space
- Team leadership/development experience required.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategy, driving process improvement and effective partnering to lead critical business change.
- Excellent planning, decision-making, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations within the field of Human Resources
- Team player in a very fast paced working environment
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
