Product Manager  Responsibilities :   - Ownership of delivery of product initiatives and releases  - Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers  - Understand BrowserStack's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry  - Deep understanding of customers, technology and competition and synthesize into product strategy.  - Providing long term vision while not losing sight of immediate needs and never confusing the two.  - Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction  - Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases  - Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products  - Communicate development status and document progress toward milestones  - Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm  Requirements :   - Analytical thinking and great problem-solving skills  - Clear focus on customer/end user requirements  - 2+ years Product management or product design experience  - Natural leadership instincts with proven ability to innovate  - Exceptional communication and presentation skills  - Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications and/or media products  - Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create examples through wire frames and mock ups  - Experience developing social products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired  - Experience managing a team.  - Ability to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones.  Job Location : Mumbai  Note : Salary is not a constrain
