Project Head - ERP Integrations  Mumbai, Full time  Experience: 6 to 10 years  Browntape is looking to integrate deeper into the systems of its clients to support a superior experience for the end customer. We are looking to integrate with all major ERP systems like SAP, Oracle Financials, JD Edwards etc. This position is for the overall head of the project teams that will implement these ERP integration projects for clients  You Must Have:  - Many years experience in leading teams implementing ERP project preferably for large retailers in India or abroad.  - Experience of building relationships with clients at CXO level  - Deep knowledge of popular ERP systems like SAP, Oracle Financials etc.  - Understanding of man-power planning and costing in ERP implementation projects  - Nimble-footed to adapt to the startup way of life  Job Role:  - P&L responsibility for ERP integration projects with large retailers  - Lead the sales closure process with large clients - estimates, proposals, negotiations etc,  - Deeply understand the clients ERP scenario, its pitfalls and find the fastest way to integrate with Browntape  - Work closely with the ERP tech team to make sure reusable components are developed and overtime the implementation time reduces  - Setup and monitor project teams for each client who will actually do the implementation  - Setup a common support team that will ensure that the integrations continue to run smoothly after they go-live
