Location: North Goa  Experience : 5-7 Years in HR Management and Recruitment's, preferably in an eCommerce or IT company.We are looking for someone to head HR at Browntape. Someone with 1) largecorporate organization experience 2) Start up exposure / experience of leading a  Team and HR initiatives for a company.  Responsibilities:  - Review, Introduce and Implement company HR policies as per Industry Best Practices  - Assist Founders on manpower planning, succession planning and skills assessment  - Ensure and oversee adherence to HR statutory compliances  - Adopt Software to automate internal processes  - Manage monthly and quarterly internal processes for employees such as performance appraisals/evaluation  - Develop & optimize compensation plans  - Plan initiatives to improve performance, retention and employee experience/welfare  - Assess training needs and assist Line Managers with training plans  - Execute recruitment roadmap and meet targets  - Manage recruitment spends (across various portals and agencies)  - Manage a team of Recruitment Coordinators, Admin staff and HR Generalists  - Head hunting and interviewing for key positions  Skills Required:  - Knowledge of employment laws & compliances  - People Management  - Personable and Proactive  - Excellent Oral and Written Communication  - Time-Management  - MS Excel & Powerpoint
