BRM - Retail Banking  Roles : BRM and Domain Consultant  Clients are across Geos - India, US, Europe /UK, APAC, Canada  Job description :   - You would have the challenge of growth & demand generation, consulting & implementation work in the Banking space - Banking & Cards products  - You would have the challenge of being part of thought leadership initiatives, new offerings, solutioning, client pitch, proposal response etc  Must have :   - 4 -12 years of experience in financial services / IT industry in BFS space with experience in Banking (Retail) / Cards Origination / Servicing / Delinquency management/Finance  - Analytical bent of mind, good ability to listen and communicate  - Work experience with Consumer Banking clients will be a huge plus.  - Understanding of regulatory changes in the BFS industry  - Willingness to travel extensively  Desirable :   - Professional qualification and specialization in Banking/Finance/Marketing from top Universities / Institutions in India and abroad  - International exposure / experience in product delivery, IT services (banking clients/projects), business analysis /consulting for Banking /financial services clients would be preferred.  - Specialization such as Statistical knowledge and model building capabilities and experience in development and software implementation will be an added advantage.
