The role requires Trade Marketing, Channel development & Key Account Management competencies.  Key Stakeholders :   Internal : ACD Sales Team, Marketing team, HR  External : National Chains, Vendors,  Key Responsibilities :  Trade Marketing :  - Ensure execution of Sales GTM's end to end.   - Devise designs & creatives for channel activation's   - Manage visibility execution for the channel in terms of hardware as well as permanent visibility   - Ensure monthly trade activity calendar for the channel & the monthly stackup is cascaded to the region teams.   - Track & drive performance of the Innovation products as well as Channel special SKUs   - Understand micro channel needs & develop activation's basis channels/formats.   - Developing reports & data analysis to bring out actionable insights.   Key Account Management :  - Handle the National chains & key customers coming under the ACD channel.   - Ensure Business development, Skus plans, TOT closure, signing off, order and VI is executed.   - Expansion of new key high value national accounts & handle for 3 months before handing over to the region ops team.   Imagery Accounts :  - Manage existing imagery accounts & ensure the TOT objectives for visibility & business deliverables are fulfilled.   - Devising new imagery account tie ups for Britannia & preparing a business plan   - Commercial Evaluation of business proposals to ensure that Britannia objectives for top line, gross margin & visibility are met.   Channel Program management :   - Drive the T20 program for the channel & ensure channel objectives are delivered.   - Periodic review of the program & ensure that outlets are delivering the desired same store growth objectives.   - Devise a program for new account addition pan India.  Rewards & Recognition for Team :  - Ensure that CSC, Pragati & Gladiator target setting is completed on time and cascaded to all team members   - Regular Review to ensure course correction sin order to maximize the no: of people achieving targets.   - Release trackers & dashboards for reviewing the performance.   - Followup for timely disbursement of incentive monies.   - Performance tracking of the interns who are recruited.
