- This position will be responsible for delivery of services, programs, projects at the Mahindra account covering across various Industry verticals.   - Needs to execute the larger MRFC deals (40 million plus) (this includes licence, hardware and application)   - Should have delivered large programs in india. (Process, sap, click, microsoft and integration)  - Would work very closely with Sr. leadership at Mahindra. Has to collaborate with Mahindra folks.  - Knowledge on Sap, Microsoft and click licences would be of advantage.  - Overall: Minimum 15 years+ of experience covering delivery management for either a large account (- 500 people) locally  Desired Profile:  - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  - Experience at customer site as onsite. Onsite offshore model- largely onsite in India with offshore in Bristlecone offices.  - Experience of managing multiple customers & Excellent Relationship Manager.  - Fixed Price project management with SLA based delivery and Time and Material   - Multi-vendor / Program management experience.  - Pre-sales exposure.
