Roles and Responsibilities :
People Leadership :
- Is able to attract and retain high performing team members
- Mentor others by showing leadership in the areas of developing strategies, analytics methods, problem solving, work ethics and quality
- Lead knowledge sharing sessions in the team, participate in developing white papers and share new trends in analytics with colleagues and evolve one's own opinion on the concepts
Delivery Responsibility :
- End to end responsibility from defining to ensuring execution of analytics program, working closely with multiple client stakeholders and delivery teams
- Lead project management - Adherence of timelines and quality of delivery, forecast people requirement, business needs, manage and communicate with stakeholders, ensure that the teams follow operational discipline
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
- Communicate with stakeholders, establish review mechanism and governance rhythm to ensure program visibility and timely execution
- Oversee translation of roadmap to execution - working closely with analytics project managers on proof of concepts, data & technology teams on data & infrastructure readiness for scalable deployment
- Lead project/resource allocations with respective delivery leads.
Analytics Thought Leadership :
- Research new methods of analysis, suggest areas of analysis to the team, understand clients long-term analytics requirements and actively suggest methods to answer such needs
- Keep up with cutting edge analytics techniques and tools in the continuously evolving area of decision science
- Good Thought Leadership & ability to structure & solve business problems, innovating, where required
- Crafts innovative data and analytics representations that allow insights to be easily understood and extracted from large amounts of data and analytical output. As a practice leader, lead a team of people comprising of both direct and indirect reports and motivate the group through clear communication and strategy
Account Growth and BD :
- Consistently proposes and designs analysis and research projects on behalf of clients
- Establish strong rapport with key stakeholders, Senior Business Leaders,
- Participate in the sales process to scope client needs
- The key focus of this position will be around influencing the customer decision journey, improving Customer Experience & Retention using analytical methods and business intelligence.
- In addition to the below, we also need hands on skills & experience in analytics and should have been a practitioner having done Exploratory Data analysis, statistical modeling, insights generation, business analysis etc.
