Position: HR Business Partner
This position will work closely with the Head of HR and senior management team to identify the current and future needs of the business and design HR & OD strategies, plans, and interventions to ensure the Business Unit is equipped to achieve them.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR teams to establish and implement HR strategies that foster the organization and people development for the Business Units.
- To assess human resources needs in areas such as employment, performance management, compensation, career development.
- This role also provides strong project management to various HR initiatives and company-wide HR projects, including management training and development, policy review and implementation etc.
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Partner with HR Head & business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures

- Ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
- Understanding of technology teams and how to grow and develop technology leaders
- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
Desired Skills and experience:
Candidate should be from a Premier B School with 2-4 hands on HR Management/Generalist experience in a Tier 1 IT Services company.
You should have been involved in designing HR & OD strategies, plans and interventions in your current organization along with other HR generalist experience
