Position: HR Business Partner

This position will work closely with the Head of HR and senior management team to identify the current and future needs of the business and design HR & OD strategies, plans, and interventions to ensure the Business Unit is equipped to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the HR teams to establish and implement HR strategies that foster the organization and people development for the Business Units

- To assess human resources needs in areas such as employee engagement, performance management, compensation, career development and Talent Management

- Review and analyze business units reports to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues

- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential

- Partner with HR Head & business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group

- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HRM related process

Key Factors for Success:

- Understand the business units you are supporting and demonstrate strong analytic skills

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation

- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network

- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities

Desired Skills and experience:

- Candidate should be from HR Background (MBA / PGDHRM) with 2-4 years on HR Management/Generalist experience.
