This would be based in Pune. The job would involve multiple facets of an analytics services management role as stated below -   1. Understand business requirements to translate business problems into analytics problems and thereby relate business application areas and data in Financial Services and Insurance industry  2. Build relationship with business stakeholders across various business functions (marketing, sales, risk management, operations, collections etc.) to be their consulting guide to leveraging analytics in business value generation  3. Drive to retain and grow the engagement by helping drive more value for the client (P&L mindset)  4. Ability to work with Analytics services teams to project manage various initiatives to successful completion and guide the delivery teams to various aspects of business nuances  5. Develop good story telling approaches of explaining findings from analysis for business insight generation and to make in actionable for business users  6. Translate analytics solutions into business strategy for successful implementation and tracking ROI from the deployment  7. Keeping up with cutting edge analytics techniques and tools in the continuously evolving analytics sciences  Skill Requirements  1. Self-starter and willingness to work in a young organization and be motivated to build the organization as the best in the industry  2. Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline or business  3. 3 to 8 years experience in working on big data management, business reporting, visualization and / or predictive analytics.  4. Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time domestically  5. Experience in deploying analytics solutions in a business context in marketing, customer relationship management, sales and/or risk management functions - preferably in financial services industry.  6. Knowledge in India Financial services eco-system/ Credit Bureau data will be plus  7. Good visualization and story-telling skills from big data analysis and interpreting insights  8. Prior experience in customer handling and driving high quality of customer centricity  9. Boundarylessness and ability to work in teams
