We stand for meaningful, long-lasting connections between our clients and their customers through tailor-made strategies incorporating a custom-blend of creative and technology.  We work beyond borders and bring influences from different countries, industries, and backgrounds to deliver diverse and innovative work.    WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU-   Plan and manage the organic and inorganic search initiatives for brand/s as per the respective marketing strategy and milestones  Optimization techniques used: On-Page and Off Page optimization, evaluating website performance and User behavior with the help of Google Webmaster and Google Analytics  Perform keyword research relevant to the client business objectives   Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages  Deep understanding of performance driven campaigns across multiple channels   Work with exciting brands across geographies with a truly global team in fiercely competitive consumer categories   Recommend and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO & SEM goals general and keyword specific  Deep understanding of channel attributions to customize campaigns   Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects  Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals  Keep pace with SEO, SEM, SMO and online marketing landscape, trends and developments  Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to the clients- business  Content audit of the display campaigns and measuring the effectiveness of the same  Prepare weekly/monthly reports on the progress of all stated objectives/projects  APPLY IF YOU HAVE-   Experience of having worked for at least 5-8 years in a similar profile  Proficient enough in On-page and Off-Page optimization techniques  Excellent understanding of ethical (White Hat) SEO, Link building etc.  Proficient in researching keywords using Google, Overture, Word Tracker and internal tools  Knowledge of the latest SEO techniques and best practices in accordance with Google Panda/Penguin updates  Should be able to work independently on multiple projects at the same time  Thorough knowledge of display landscape and campaign attributions   Expertise in any related technology/tool required to accomplish the job  Good communication skills (Both written and verbal)  Good command on RTB, DSP and retargeting   Knowledge of OnPage and OffPage SEO, in keyword research for better SERP results, Google Analytics and Google Webmasters  Good understanding of affiliate network and ecosystem across geographies   Knowledge in creating/optimizing landing pages, latest SEO Algorithms, and ranking strategies.  Basic Knowledge in CMS like WordPress, Magento, Joomla, etc. would be a good to have   Improving OnPage and Off-page SEO for our websites and have done Competition research and analysis  Experience with Social Media postings and optimization   Content understanding for organic, inorganic, EDM and display campaigns   Experience to track website analytics and create Goals/Funnels, Tracking & reporting SEO performance on weekly basis  Familiarity with Ad networks and In-App events will be a plus   Understanding of marketing automation platforms and social media tools will be a plus  In depth understanding of Google Ad words and thorough understanding of GDN network  Skilled in organizing integrated digital activities for web portals/websites  Experience of managing a team of 3-4 SEO & SEM team members  WHAT- S IN IT FOR YOU-   Compensation - As per industry  Location - Gurgaon   Reporting to Vertical Head   KNOW ABOUT US MORE...  Founded in 2007, at Bravvura creates breakthrough digital experiences that connect brands and consumers via online, mobile and social platforms.
