Designation: Branding & Marcomm Lead
Responsibilities:
Work with the founders to define the brand identity, positioning and proposition
Create short to medium term brand and marketing objectives and a detailed plan to achieve these objectives. This will need deep thinking, channel evaluation as well as creative ideation
Develop an ecosystem of marketing vendors pan India for campaigns and activations
Support the sales team with all marketing requests
Be the go to person for all B2C as well as B2B campaigns of the company
Hire and manage interns for activities like content writing, social media, creative designing, roadshows, corporate events and so on
Constantly track and evaluate competitor activities for reactive planning, if any
Requirements:
Prior experience and understanding of defining a brand from scratch in a B2C space
Experience of working on omni-channel campaigns including print, activation, digital and so on
Understanding of Digital marketing : SEO, SEM, Affiliates etc
Understanding of financial products will be an added advantage
Experience of planning, developing and executing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Ability to create ROI driven plans within limited budgets
Experience of managing agencies with rigorous planning and follow-up. Gives and takes feedback well
Ability to work without much structure and supervision. Start-up fit and self motivated
Ability to work with cross-functional team members like sales, tech etc to drive your campaigns internally and with customers
