Job Description - Asst. / Deputy Manager, Brand Marketing

The role will be responsible for brand marketing of Jockey and will involve extensive work in the fields of advertising, activation, design and content marketing.

Key Activities and Responsibilities :

Content Marketing :

- Design and drive content generation for the brand across all touch points

Social and Digital : Keeping the brand conversational with relevant content in the form of images, GIFs, Videos in line with the overall marketing plan

Blogger Platform : Develop a destination for the brand to share relevant content which can be brand lead as well as curated through a blogger outreach program

Activation : Spear head the activation and consumer engagement platform for the brand

Instore / Trade Engagement :

Design :

- Responsible for the management of creative assets of the brand. The candidate will be the single source within the organization for all branded assets and content

- Lead a team of designers by providing design direction for day to day marketing and sales requirement for creatives

- Responsible for the design, development and roll out of Marketing Collaterals

Agency Management :

- Work closely with the Creative and Digital Agency to align on brand objectives and ensure timely execution of campaigns in line with the marketing calendar

- Continuously look to test and develop new agencies for potential opportunities within the brand

- Develop and maintain an archive of agencies which the brand can work with on projects on continuous basis

Vendor Management :

- Work closely with existing vendors to ensure seamless execution / implementation of marketing requirements

- Continuously look to test and develop new vendors for potential opportunities within the brand

- Develop and maintain an archive of vendors which the brand can work with on projects on continuous basis

Cross Functional Working :

- The role will involve close working with other functions in the organization such as Product Management, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Sales Teams
