Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing programmes for promoting the brand and venues. Plan and manage programme process and practices to ensure programmes are aligned to brand and business objectives.
- Plan and manage monthly venue promotional events and marketing initiatives to promote venues to target audience.
- Develop marketing communication materials to effectively promote the events and venues.
- Develop marketing calendar which incorporate brand, promotional events, advertising and communications to ensure all marketing activities are coordinated and aligned with marketing strategic direction.
- Liaise with advertising and event agencies to execute marketing campaigns and events. Ensure effective use of social networking tools and digital marketing to effectively reach the target audience.
- Communicate marketing /event activities with other functions, operation teams and stakeholders to ensure they are updated regularly and timely.
- Manage marketing project budget, timelines and processes from launch to execution. Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns and medium.
- Assist in preparing management reports and documents for Meetings.
- Perform and complete any other duties or complete ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirement:
- MBA from reputed Bschool with Minimum 4 years experience in organizing and executing marketing activities and events.
