Qualification: MBA (must) from a B-School.
Reports to: Marketing Head
Location: Kolkata
Job description/Experience:
- Analysis of data
- Analysis and formulate the brand strategy including pricing strategy
- Handling/coordination with the creative agency
- BTL activities
- Hands on into the brand planning exercise
- Analysis of market/competition data
- Analysis of the strategy of the competition
- Formulate various schemes like consumer schemes/trade schemes
- Have some experience/exposure to the market research,analysis.
- Having total min. of 3+ years of direct brand handling (the remaining years could be in Advertising/Market research/ Product Management etc.)
CTC Bracket: As per the industry standards
The candidate should preferably be from a reasonably good FMCG / CD Organization. No liquor background candidates.
Professional Skills:
- Sharp ability to understand business requirements and varied economic environments
- Should be highly analytical and should be an out-of-box thinker.
Personal Attributes :
- Ability to manage professionally within a family managed business
- Fit with family values and culture, ability to build consensus while retaining integrity of his own thought process
- Strong focus on speed and ability to adapt change
- A proven track record of longer stints in jobs
