Desired profile:
- Business degree in Sales and Marketing preferred.
- Prior work experience of 4 to 5 years.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a visual identity and create a brand plan.
- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies.
- In-depth understanding of the company's vision and direction.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively strategies.
- Budget-management skills and proficiency.
- Professional judgement and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Execute strategies with cross-functional teams and Lead creative development.
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics.
- Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
- Develop brand content and manage access to brand assets
- Gathering data perform market research to identify target markets and assess consumer perceptions, competition, business trends, and product value.
- This research informs the development of an overall brand strategy.
Salary Range: 7 - 8 LPA
