A Global FMCG Major is setting up its operations in for the region.   Senior / Brand Manager (Myanmar Based), reports into the Country Manager.   Role & Responsibility :  - Proactively Initiate, Develop & Execute plans based on marketing strategies to achieve business and Marketing objectives.  - Contribute in concept test (qualitative &quantitative) as well as ensure the high standard and completeness of test materials as well as the test result  - Regularly monitor pre and post ad test and able to summarize the key implication and proposals to improve performance.  - Manage & Monitor marketing communication plan both BTL and ATL to achieve objectives and given budget.  - Conduct & analyze consumer research as well as identify and exploit the opportunities for Skincare and Haircare Business based on sound analysis.  - Manage & Monitor AP budget as well as other processes & documents involved in order meeting the business objectives.  - Works closely with distributor, sales, Supply Chain, Production Center and other related dept. on sales planning, and launch/ re-launch activities.  Qualification :   - Masters in Business Administration - Marketing from an institute of repute  - 3 years of experience in Marketing for Brand Manager, over 5 years for Senior Brand Manager   - Preferred only in FMCG or Consumer business.  - Excellent command of written English skills.
