We require a Brand Manager ( Food Services / Heritage - catering to Hotels/Caterers ) for a Leading Specialty Food Brand in India & Abroad, one of the trusted Brands in 4 continents, has won several prestigous accolades both in India and abroad,stands strong as the leading processor and exporters of packaged basmati rice in the country. JD:
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) from a premier institute/5-7 years of experience in Foods/FMCG/Beverages/Commodities marketing with FOCUS on catering to Food Services/Heritage/Hotels/Caterers.
- Implement the marketing strategy for the Food Services/Heritage ( catering to Hotels/Caterers ) product line. The role would also be responsible for supporting all the branding initiatives for the product line including advertising and media relations
Strategy & Planning :
Marketing Strategy :
- Assist the Head, Marketing in preparing the annual marketing budget in line with the overall business objectives
- Formulate the media promotion strategy for promotion by recommending an optimum mix of media channels and media buying
Operations :
Brand Branding :
- Translate business strategy/ plans into financial/ bottom-line impact through effective marketing and promotion of product lines
- Interact with the Sales team regarding the events that are being organized under the Brand and keep them updated with the branding plans
- Identify and interface with advertising / communication agencies to execute branding, promotion/advertising campaigns and ensure adequate coverage of the events in the concerned media space
- Ensure a high level of brand recall in each product segment
- Content development and creative planning to execute the advertising plans in line with the overall marketing strategy
- Lead the preparation of marketing content and material for communication
- Lead the design of communication collateral, posters, advertisements, presentation templates and other material required for an effective sales pitch
- Work in close coordination with the Sales team and use the same for arriving at a detailed Customer evaluation to ensure the best branding
Customer Relationship Management :
- Develop customer relationship building processes and ensure their implementation at the operational level
- Develop and implement processes to capture market information and changing customer preferences, analyze them and highlight key trends and their impact
- Establish and deploy service level agreements with various vendors and service providers
Financial & Control :
- Ensure adherence to the approved budget set at the beginning of the year
- Drive efficiency in processes by identification of cost effective channels for effective brand related publicity and advertisement
