Job description:
- Leading all marketing activities as Brand Custodian, which includes developing ATL & BTL programs for the brand valued as approx 50 Crore INR,
- Work with Global Brand team to co-develop brand strategy and positioning for India
- Initiate, develop, execute and implement and monitor activation and innovation projects on the brand, based on consumer- and market insights
- Formulate and implement media concepts and innovation which fit the brand strategy.
- Monitor base business, signal deviations and develop and implement corrective action with close cross functional working
- Responsible for AOP execution of initiatives: Volume, Revenue, Profitability, A&M management and delivery of Net Rev, Innovation program, Activation including ATL & BTL
- Responsible for formulation and execution/implementation of the brand strategy \
- Ensure alignment with key stakeholders to drive the brand’s agenda in-market
- Work with R&D to develop an innovation pipeline, inspired by existing global products/ concepts
- Responsible to have on continuously base profound knowledge of the market, trends and consumers and act upon it & to further deepen marketing excellence skills
Experience and qualification:
- MBA with 3-5 years of Experience with exposure to Marketing/brand & a strong background of market operations
- Premier institute MBA/PGDBM
- Fmcg experience would be a preference
- Sales and marketing experience
- Experience of having handled agency interactions
