Job Description:
Functional Exposure: Brand Management, BTL & ATL
BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Conceptualization, Innovation and development in NPD
- Managing new product launches
- Developing Pricing Strategies
- Conceptualization of Brand road map and marketing calendar of activities
- Preparation and implementation of annual marketing plan
- Execute marketing plan as per schedule and budget
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research
- Monitor competition regularly: Communication tracking, update on New product, pricing, consumer offers etc
- Regular tracking of AC Nielsen Retail Audit Data & working out tactical plan accordingly
- Working closely with Sales team to ensure performance of every product in the portfolio
- Co-ordinate with Advertising/ Media/ BTL Agencies
ATL
- Tracking competition Media activities regularly
- Strategizing Media and developing plans in terms of TV, Radio, Print & Digital
- Understanding of all Media Terminologies
- Expertise in Cost effective Media planning & buying
BTL & PR
- Creating Brand visibility in Retail
- Generate brand experience and consumer engagement
- Expertise in on-ground events and activations
- Plan and execute press launches & one to one interactions
- Product advertorial write up/ product stories as PR Initiatives
