Role Description :
Analyse our brand position in the market and crystallise targeted customer insights.
Develop the brand personality & strategy: What is the key value propositions that our brand stands for? Which segments are we targeting?
Align the company around the brand's vision, direction and choices.
Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns for the brand (online and offline).
Oversee creative execution for campaigns.
Measure and report brand performance metrics.
Conduct customer research; monitor market trends and competitor's activities.
Key Requirements :
Must be a creative thinker, with out of the box ideas
Strong analytical ability, with data driven thinking
Strong understanding of branding strategies - concepts and execution
Knowledge of online marketing (SEO, SEM, Social media) is a must
2-4 years experience, with an MBA in marketing is needed
Proven experience managing a consumer brand is a must; experience in an ecommerce setup preferred
