Role Purpose  The position will be responsible for ensuring health & growth of - Kwality- Brand portfolio. He/she will be involved in creating and implementing marketing & promotional strategies to maximize return on marketing investment in line with the business objectives  Competencies  1. Define, conceptualize, Implement & Evaluate marketing & promotional strategies to meet long term and short term business objectives  2. Manage the marketing, advertising & promotional activities of brand portfolio  3. Monitor competitive & market situation to devise strategies to strengthen position of core brands  4. Responsible for providing a clear brand communication and differentiated messaging to gain consumer franchise and loyalty over a period of time  Operational  1. Responsible for creating & executing an annual marketing plan to drive brand growth & affinity  2. To develop & secure approval of business cases of various marketing initiatives including new product launch, line extensions etc  3. Manage the creative development of ATL, BTL, digital marketing programs  4. Work with cross functional teams - sales, product development, commercial etc. & agency partners for various marketing initiatives  Reporting:  1. Ensure effective roll out of all marketing programs in line with the marketing objectives & legal guidelines  Key Performance Indicators  1. Increase in Brand affinity and consumer base of the Brand  2. Increase brand penetration in relevant categories   3. Manage & implement Brand investment budget to maximize ROI and manage brand P&L  4. No. of campaigns rolled out in a year  Skill/Education/Experience  1. A purist marketer with 6+ years of experience  2. MBA from a reputed/Tier 1 B-school  3. Strong communication & collaborative working skills
