Track competitive activities closely.  - Significantly grow Gift Card (GC) business layer to be the lead player in this in the category (25% time)  Drive awareness and build GC sales in restaurants & via on-line sales.  Develop corporate sales plan and launch nationally.  Scope out and activate 3rd party retail sales alliances (brick & mortar and on-line).  Monitor programme financials and recommend promotions.  - Develop & launch CRM / Loyalty programme to drive customer preference and increase their lifetime value for the brand (25% time)  Build in-depth know-how on loyalty programs and define one best-suited for the brand.  Pilot in test markets and roll-out nationally.  - Grow sales revenue by driving Local Store Marketing (LSM) & New Store Opening (NSO) initiatives (10%)  Work with franchise teams, BTL design agency and media planning team to plan, develop and execute LSM & NSO sales driving initiatives.  - Support agenda with launch   - Dial up the dining experience by launching the best-in-class music (5% time)
