Roles and Responsibilities :
- Formulate and coordinate marketing activities to promote key brands
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of established objectives & market characteristics.
- Identify market growth opportunities and develop strategic brand planning, market analysis, tactical sales support & product management.
- Accountable for launch of new products
- Market share objective of the brand
- Internal Achievement of Targets
- Timely activities to achieve target objectives
- Gathering customer insights and customer relationship Managing & handling the brands
- Design marketing strategies, tactical plans & execute with the support of key activities & inputs.
- Manage brand profitability

Technical Competencies:
- Ability to align team strategies with management strategies
- Leads the entire sales team to ensure achievement of the company's sales and revenue targets
- Able to demonstrate & coach the company sales process
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Knowledge of all ethical market.
- Knowledge of launching new products, increasing product portfolios.
