Sales & Marketing :
- Developing marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes through B2C sales.
- Evaluating marketing budgets including manpower-planning and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
- Monitoring and keeping collections under control, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding; conducting competitor / market analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
Product / Brand Management :
- Providing direction to execute promotions/launches/cross-sell or up-sell in sync with regional characteristics.
- Devising & implementing strategies for product positioning, pricing and product life cycle and product promotion.
- Supervising various promotional activities for brand building and relationship building with probable clients.
Strategic Management :
- Developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat business.
- Leverage keen analysis, insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices, adept at working in high pressure environments with strict deadlines and multiple deliverable s.
- Adept at designing the strategy that fulfill the objectives, maximizing revenues, profits and market share of the company while implementing the chosen strategy across the aspects of marketing including product management and promotion.
