Branch Sales Operations Manager-Global Handset Brand

Reports to Branch Manager- Relevant experience in Channel Sales desired

Business Management & Profitability :

- Sales enablement, drive and deploy systems and processes. Share insights with the Branch management team in delivering the Sales Targets for the geography. Support the Branch Manager in execution excellence through timely execution planning, tracking results and supporting the review process.

- Growth Opportunities - Identify and investigate state level growth opportunities through improved Channel mix and Product mix. Also, understand, drive and share Retail Channel Category wise contribution- highlight growth opportunities

- Planning and Delivery of Trade Initiatives such as Displays, Contests, Schemes, Consumer promotions, etc. [Sustainable Growth in Retail category]

Drive implementation and usage of Automation :

- Develop Effective Communication.Track and support timely target communication and deployment across RDSs, MDs, and Retailers across channels and Distributor Sales Teams in line with the Sales Guidance.

- Product Category wise drive, Ensure wins at each Category level.

- Build a sustained system of continuous Development share good Trade Initiatives and Sales Activities across Channels. Plan, co-ordinate and drive the new launch initiatives.

- Track distribution basics (WOD / MSS / VINO) and support the Branch Manager in leveraging this strength.

Customer Management :

- Channel Development, Tracking & evaluating existing Channels by Territory, and suggesting changes / improvements necessary. Working along with BMs to deliver the required change.

- Ensure that the state is driven as per defined systems and processes, across Channels, Distribution, Retail, OT, etc.

- Identify Distribution partners contributing positively to the business, and develop a system of filtering-out the non-performers.

- Track Distribution Basics namely, RDS Infrastructure and People, Training attendance, PJP Compliance, Use of Bluebook, WOD Target Achievement and analyze the Sales Results - Sell-in, sell thru and sell out performance, ViNo and MSS scores across RDSs and MDs and Sales Reps in the BM territory. [Sustainable growth in Distribution Parameters]

People Management & development :

- Enable competency development and capability building within the Organization through systems & processes

- Responsible for encouraging a culture of rewards & recognition with programs towards fostering better employee engagement & employee motivation
