Accountabilities :

- Monitoring branch sales targets and conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination with branches and the sales team

- Providing advisory services to corporate & high net-worth customers on funds management while maintaining relationship with key accounts

- Supervising key areas including marketing, business development, team development, cost management, revenue generation

- Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections and compliance experience

- Seamlessly align service delivery for enhanced experience; thereby helping the client to reach his short term and long term investment goals
