Branch Manager

Experience: 7-10 years

Location: Gurgaon, Navi Mumbai, Delhi

The company is looking at augment its sales teams with strong sales leaders across mid to senior levels. They have multiple openings across levels spanning city, region and national level roles. It is a B2B, corporate sales environment. It is a fast-growing business with an emphasis on speed, hiring of the right talent, building strong sales processes and growing its leadership position in the market. The focus is on building strong account-management processes; deploying new client acquisition strategies and sales channels; steps at enhancing sales productivity etc.

Role description and responsibilities:

- Be responsible for revenue generation and own the targets for the city/territory.

- Lead a motivated sales team of Zonal Managers, Area Sales Managers, Account Managers & achieve revenue goals.

- To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and tailor make solutions to suit clients’ needs.

- To collect and share regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.

- Manage team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved. Develop team members and groom them for higher positions within the company.

- Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrity

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrable sales experience in renowned companies and success credentials.

- Preferably should have handled a minimum team size of 50 people.

- Very strong sales execution skills are required.

- The right candidate should also demonstrate solid personal leadership & serve as a role model for his team.

- MBA from a top institute will be a plus, but is not compulsory for the role

- People from BFSI (MNC firms), Classified Portals, Media etc will be preferred.

Other important attributes:

- Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.

- Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills required.

- Aggressive and out of the box thinker

- Should not be above 35 years of age
