Position for Branch Manager in leading private bank.  Job Responsibilities :   - Responsible for the administration and efficent daily operation of a full service branch office,including lending,product sales,customer services and security and safety in accordance with the bank objectives.   - Enhance and contribute in the growth of the company through business development.   - Provision of a superior level of customer relations and promotion of the sales and service culture through coaching,guidance and staff motivation.   - Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationship.   - Maintain AOP for the financial year i.e.to prepare and track product (liability,assets and fees ) wise.   - Handling a dedicated team involved in core operations and a dedicated sales team responsible for generation of fee income along with CASA numbers and float.   - Responsible for achieving the revenue target of the branch along with branch profitability.   - Control, supervise and ensure smooth operations for the branch pertaining to cash, remittance, verification etc.   - Handling functions pertaining to audit and compliance consisting of day-to-day submission of report to corporate office, checking and subsequent rectification if necessary and prevention of frauds
