At the same time, the perfect storm of increasing insurance premiums, plummeting physician reimbursements, and the introduction of new regulations is squeezing the margins of independent practices.  The goal of this company is to partner with their customers to build revenue solutions that work for their practice. Their company owned services and product lines allows their customers to put their patients first while building a long term, viable business.  - This company provides medical service and product options that will be of interest to and in the best interest of patients.  - They provide their customers with a highly transparent managed services team to address the legal, compliance, and administrative details.  The company at present owns 7 Brands and service and product lines.  Job Role   - Work with the Business Unit heads and your US counterpart to build a compelling and market-leading customer marketing strategy  - Build a compelling and relevant corporate market presence for the company including corporate assets such as website, corporate presentations, thought leadership  - Collaborate with the Business Unit heads and sales managers to deliver new product/services launches and enhancements  - Expand companies market share in its regions  - Ensure their sales team has the materials and enablement necessary so they can effectively represent their products/services  - Drive proactive customer communications to strengthen long term relationships with their physicians  - Create strong customer relationships that result in customer case studies that can be shared as best practices for other customers and to support branding goals  - Conduct market research and voice of customer understand and communicate your findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders, sales and business, at different levels  Working Hours (India Office):  - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM IST (Sometimes may also require working during night / late evening hours).  The India office that supports the US Business is a new setup and presently has a small team of around 10 people.   Candidate Profile  They are looking for a Manager, Marketing & Branding who has extensive experience with branding, marketing automation and channels, digital marketing including social and inbound strategies and can help them develop lead gen programs, sales enablement materials, and establish advocacy and loyalty among their customer base. This will include creating and managing demand gen programs, working with and participating in sales enablement programs, and ensuring that their presence in the market is of the highest caliber.  You- ll need to be business savvy, have a strong grasp of written communication, and be a big-picture visionary with a strong ambition to make an impact on the organization. And, you will need to enjoy operating with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.  Basic Requirements  - You have 2-4 years of professional experience working in a marketing generalist, customer marketing, or customer success role  - You are an effective writer and verbal communicator  - Demonstrate a personal commitment to delivering phenomenal customer service in every aspect of your work  - You are passionate about marketing and its ability to drive measurable revenue for an organization  - You seek out tough assignments and actively seek regular feedback from peers, are curious and soak up industry knowledge, and understand how to turn challenges or mistakes into opportunities for yourself and the company  - You are energetic, never settle for the status quo, are a creative problem solver, and like to have fun at work  - You have a Master's degree in business, communications, or marketing from a premium B-School and have a strong work ethic.  - You have experience with marketing automation, social management tools
