Job Responsibility :
- Providing business strategy direction in the branch to ensure sustainability and growth in line with individual category objectives
- Identify growth opportunities for the branch
- Competitor Tracking
- Working with Regional Sales Manager to execute the Regional Strategies.
- Enhancing the Channel Partner Effectiveness
- Manage Credit and Collection norms and monitor adherence to the same
- Coordinating with Manufacturing and Supply chain in driving process improvement to ensure optimal contribution and inventory
- Monitoring the MIS at the Branch Level
- Motivating the Team and constantly monitoring performance
- Managing the complete branch as a Profit Centre Head- Achieving the Sales Target, Collection Targets and working capital management for the Branch
Leading a Team of 20-25
Job Requirement :
- Education Qualification – MBA
- Work Experience – 2002-2006 Batch
