Branch Manager - Bank

- Responsible for achievement of Branch Sales Targets (TPD & CASA Deposit).

- To lead revenue generation and profitability growth by focusing on SME advances, deposits, generate more fee income and to control the expenses.

- To lead the Branch team for Liabilities and Assets Business, Operation Excellence, Customer service and controlling cost for making the branch profitable.

- To ensure all processes, related to complaints, instructions, account opening & closing, customer service are followed in the branch as per laid down guidelines.

- To ensure compliance to all operational guidelines and timely and accurate preparation of all returns, both internal and statutory.

- Looking for an effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills, strong analytical skills and ability to relate to people at any level of business and management.

- A hands-on problem solver with a high rate of achievement and an appetite for new challenges.
